About the Program
PT Central Mega Kencana invites outstanding talents to join our Management Trainee Program – Jewelry Manufacturing, a structured development program designed to prepare future leaders within our manufacturing operations.
Through comprehensive rotations, hands-on projects, and direct mentorship from experienced professionals, trainees will gain strategic exposure to production operations, process improvement, quality management, and operational excellence within Indonesia’s leading diamond jewelry manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in cross-functional rotations across manufacturing and operational departments
Support production planning, quality assurance, and operational activities to ensure manufacturing excellence
Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement
Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow and product quality standards
Assist in monitoring production performance, workflow effectiveness, and operational productivity
Develop leadership, communication, and business acumen through structured mentoring and training programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in:
Product Design Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Minimum GPA 3.00 / 4.00
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated interest in manufacturing operations and process excellence
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to be placed in Factory Area – East Jakarta
