Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA/SMK) atau sederajat
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
Mampu mengolah data secara akurat, cepat, dan teliti
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi minimal 2 tahun (lebih disukai dari industri furniture)
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama MS Excel
Tanggung Jawab:
Bertanggung jawab atas penginputan data stok (ready stock & indent) secara akurat ke dalam sistem
Memastikan data stok/produk di sistem, data manual, data katalog
Melakukan pembuatan reporting produk (ready stock & indent) untuk management & principal
Melakukan pembuatan program promosi dan highlight produk
Memastikan pencatatan dan ketersediaan fisik stok barang yang akurat di seluruh Store dan Warehouse
Melakukan monitoring dan administrasi proses klaim
