RPA mencari Finance & Accounting Manager yang memiliki pengalaman atau paparan di bidang Finance, Accounting, dan Tax, serta berminat untuk berkembang ke posisi manajerial. Kami mencari seseorang yang hands‑on, teliti, stabil, dan memiliki disiplin kepatuhan (compliance) yang tinggi.
Posisi ini cocok untuk kandidat dengan pengalaman 3–5 tahun yang ingin naik level, bukan hanya kandidat yang sudah terlalu senior.
Tanggung Jawab
Mengelola fungsi Finance, Accounting, dan Tax secara end‑to‑end.
Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi pajak dan standar akuntansi.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank, kontrol arus kas, dan pengawasan transaksi.
Menjaga dokumentasi yang rapi, lengkap, dan audit‑safe.
Berkoordinasi dengan auditor eksternal dan konsultan pajak.
Mengembangkan SOP dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja tim.
Bersedia turun langsung dalam pekerjaan operasional (hands‑on).
Kualifikasi
Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di Finance/Accounting/Tax.
Riwayat pekerjaan yang stabil dan konsisten.
Pemahaman kuat tentang laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi, dan kepatuhan pajak.
Disiplin tinggi dalam dokumentasi dan compliance.
Sikap kerja hands‑on, bukan hanya supervisi.
Menguasai Excel dan software accurate akuntansi.
Mampu berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
Sikap kerja bertanggung jawab, rapi, dan tidak job‑hopping.
