Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

• Administer and facilitate psychological tests for candidates.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.

• Prepare recruitment reports and support other HR activities as needed.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.

• Computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in administering or facilitating psychological assessments will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
