Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in overseeing daily finance, accounting, and taxation operations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank.
Monitor project costing, construction costs, land acquisition costs, and project profitability.
Prepare cash flow forecasts, budget monitoring, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax reporting, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
Develop and improve financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures to minimize financial risks.
Supervise and mentor the Finance & Accounting team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous development.
Coordinate with Project, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.
Monitor financing facilities, banking relationships, and loan administration when required.
Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and business performance analysis for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, preferably in a Property Developer or Real Estate company.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
Experienced in project accounting, construction costing, inventory/property accounting, and revenue recognition for property development projects.
Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting.
Experience handling external audits and coordinating with auditors.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
