Requirements:
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR.
Knowledgeable of basic HRM function and its general administration.
Experience in operation HRIS application system.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Canva.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
Manage HR Administration and documentation, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and ensuring all files are accurate, complete and up to date.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, administer employee insurance and benefit, other HR data and prepare periodic HR reports.
Managing relationships between the organization and its employee by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
Ensuring that all Expatriate employee have valid work permit and are fully compliant with local labor and immigration laws.
Designing and implementing Employee Engagement Programs that foster commitment, motivation, and involvement among employees.
Implement safety policies, conduct training, and address workplace hazards. Maintain accident records and promote employee well being through health initiatives.
Support HR Projects and perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
