Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Midea Electronics Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. As Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to support our manufacturing and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

2. Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records to ensure optimal stock levels

3. Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency

4. Implement and monitor warehouse procedures and protocols to enhance operational performance

5. Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align warehouse activities with business needs

6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

3. Proficient in inventory management and warehouse management systems

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams

5. Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff

6. Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices

7. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
