Job Descriptions
Pengawasan Konstruksi dan Pengendalian Mutu
Inspeksi Harian: mengunjungi lokasi proyek beberapa kali sehari untuk memastikan kontraktor menggunakan material dan metode kerja yang benar.
Kepatuhan pada Cetak Biru: memverifikasi bahwa konstruksi "As-Built" sesuai dengan revisi desain terbaru yang telah disetujui.
Pengendalian Mutu: mengidentifikasi pengerjaan yang buruk segera agar dapat diperbaiki sebelum kontraktor melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya.
Logistik & Manajemen Material
Petugas Penerima: hadir untuk penerimaan kedatangan material. Verifikasi manifes terhadap pengiriman aktual (hitung karung semen, besi beton, kayu, dll.).
Pengawasan Penyimpanan: memastikan material disimpan dengan benar (tertutup dari hujan/percikan air asin) untuk mencegah pemborosan atau kerusakan.
Pelacakan Inventaris: memantau jumlah tingkat bahan bakar untuk generator dan air untuk kebutuhan proyek dan pekerja, supaya tidak putus rantai pasokan.
Koordinasi Subkontraktor
Pengarahan Harian: menghadiri rapat pagi singkat dengan mandor subkontraktor untuk mengkoordinasikan tugas-tugas harian dan mencegah bentrokan antar bidang pekerjaan.
Pelaporan Kemajuan: mendokumentasikan kemajuan harian dengan foto dan catatan tertulis. Kirim Laporan Harian Lokasi kepada Manajer Proyek setiap hari.
Kepatuhan HSE & Lingkungan (AMDAL)
Pemantauan Limbah: memastikan tidak ada puing-puing konstruksi, bahan kimia, atau minyak yang dibuang ke laut atau area pulau yang sensitif.
Pengawasan Keselamatan: mengawasi penerapan APD dasar (helm, sepatu bot) dan pastikan kamp pekerja tetap bersih dan aman.
