Regional Asset Management Staff (Pekanbaru)

Job Description

1. Responsible for asset registration and asset tagging.

2. Responsible for asset monitoring such as data updates, asset movements and maintenance of company assets.

3. Responsible for periodic physical checks (Stock Opname).

4. Ensuring the accuracy of data, conditions and values ​​of company assets periodically.

5. Ensuring the availability of supporting evidence or documentation related to asset damage, asset repair, asset loss, disposal & asset report.

Requirements

1. Min. a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.

2. At least 2 years of experience as Asset Management or Inventory Management.

3. Understanding ISO 55001 would be an advantage.

4. Proficient using Ms. Excel.

5. Good coordination, communication skills & detail oriented.

6. Experience with the project would be a plus.

7. Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru
