As an IT Support Staff, you will be part of the IT Support team responsible for ensuring all IT infrastructure across FIT HUB Head Office and club locations operates reliably.
This role combines office-based IT support with hands-on field work. You'll support daily business operations, prepare new club openings, manage company IT assets and inventory, troubleshoot technical issues, and help deliver an excellent technology experience for employees in branches, Head Office and customers.

Provide first-level IT support for Head Office and club teams.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, internet, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, TVs, Mini PCs, speakers, CCTV systems, and other IT devices.
Prepare laptop for new employees.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Install and configure applications required by staff.
Create and improve internal IT request forms and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate records for company IT assets across Head Office and club locations.
Track procurement, assignment, replacement, repair, disposal, and lifecycle of IT equipment.
Manage documentation for damaged devices and replacement activities.
Coordinate procurement requests for IT hardware.
Prepare complete IT infrastructure before every Grand Opening.

Coordinate installation schedules with contractors, vendors, and internal teams including Expansion, Project, Procurement, Marketing, HRBP, and CEO Office.
Ensure internet connectivity and all IT systems are fully operational before launch.
Visit FIT HUB clubs across Jabodetabek to resolve technical issues that require on-site support.
Perform preventive maintenance for network infrastructure and IT peripherals.
Conduct hardware replacement, installation, and network inspections.
Perform routine remote CCTV monitoring and documentation across club locations.
Maintain accurate documentation for IT assets, helpdesk tickets, onboarding/offboarding activities, and maintenance records.
Prepare reports that support operational decision-making and IT planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special IT projects.
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
Experience managing IT assets and inventory.
Experience installing and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
Familiar with Windows OS, networking fundamentals, CCTV systems, internet setup, and common IT peripherals.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for documentation and reporting.
Familiar with IT helpdesk or ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
Based in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).
Willing to travel regularly to FIT HUB club locations.
Comfortable performing on-site installation and maintenance work.
Willing to work outside regular office hours when required to support club openings or operational needs.
