We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior E-Commerce Executive to oversee and optimize our day-to-day marketplace operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online sales channels. This role is responsible for ensuring strong store performance, campaign execution, product accuracy, and sales growth through strategic marketplace management.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in marketplace operations, campaign planning, ads optimization, and performance analytics, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Manage daily operations of all marketplace channels, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms
Upload, update, and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and store visuals
Ensure stock availability, SKU variations, and product information accuracy
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and promotional mechanics
Maximize store sales performance through GMV Max and other marketplace growth tools
Monitor and improve store traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and overall sales performance
Oversee marketplace ads performance, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion efficiency
Maintain strong store health metrics, ensuring compliance and avoiding violations, penalties, or restrictions
Respond to and resolve customer reviews, ratings, and negative feedback
Coordinate closely with marketing, design, content, and live-stream teams to ensure campaign readiness
Schedule, prepare, and monitor live commerce sessions with hosts
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including sales analysis and campaign insights
Identify opportunities for sales growth, store optimization, and marketplace expansion
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or marketplace operations
Proven experience managing Shopee and TikTok Shop
Strong understanding of marketplace campaign tools, ads systems, vouchers, and promotional features
Experienced in sales performance analysis and reporting
Familiar with GMV Max, live commerce, and campaign planning
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs accurately
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working under deadlines
Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
