As an Early Childhood Brain Training Coach, you will work closely with children aged 3–6 years old, delivering engaging, play-based brain training sessions while partnering with parents to support each child's development.
Conduct engaging brain training sessions for children aged 3–6 years using BrainFit's proprietary methodologies.
Create a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and confidence.
Build positive relationships with children and establish trust through encouraging and age-appropriate interactions.
Observe each child's progress and adapt coaching approaches to maximize learning outcomes.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, learning goals, and development.
Help parents understand BrainFit's programs, set realistic expectations, and provide guidance on supporting learning beyond the classroom.
Ensure each child achieves established learning objectives while maintaining a high-quality learning experience.
Prepare learning materials and maintain an organized learning environment.
Assist with centre operations and administrative duties as required.
Participate in onboarding, professional development, and ongoing training programs.

A Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children aged 3–6 years in formal or informal settings.
Passion for early childhood learning and development.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Warm, patient, energetic, and confident when interacting with young children.
Strong observation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn BrainFit's evidence-based methodologies and continuously improve professionally.
Available for a 2-year employment contract.
Available to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
