Early Childhood Brain Training Coach

About the Position

As an Early Childhood Brain Training Coach, you will work closely with children aged 3–6 years old, delivering engaging, play-based brain training sessions while partnering with parents to support each child's development.

What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging brain training sessions for children aged 3–6 years using BrainFit's proprietary methodologies.

• Create a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and confidence.

• Build positive relationships with children and establish trust through encouraging and age-appropriate interactions.

• Observe each child's progress and adapt coaching approaches to maximize learning outcomes.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, learning goals, and development.

• Help parents understand BrainFit's programs, set realistic expectations, and provide guidance on supporting learning beyond the classroom.

• Ensure each child achieves established learning objectives while maintaining a high-quality learning experience.

• Prepare learning materials and maintain an organized learning environment.

• Assist with centre operations and administrative duties as required.

• Participate in onboarding, professional development, and ongoing training programs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Allied Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children aged 3–6 years in formal or informal settings.

• Passion for early childhood learning and development.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Warm, patient, energetic, and confident when interacting with young children.

• Strong observation and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn BrainFit's evidence-based methodologies and continuously improve professionally.

• Available for a 2-year employment contract.

• Available to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
