Client Relationship Officer

Are you an experienced Client Relationship Officer professional with at least 1 year of experience, comfortable serving customers both online and offline? Do you enjoy communicating with people and presenting yourself professionally?

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree in Secretarial Studies, Management, Marketing, or Business Administration

• Preferably has 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Secretary, or Personal Assistant roles.

• Willing to be based at Gratyo® Headquarter – Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

This role is also suitable for candidates with experience as Customer Service Officer, Customer Success Officer, Client Services Officer, Client Success Officer, Business Administration, or Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Business Coaches’ schedules, including meetings, business consultations, and coaching sessions with clients.

• Assist with daily to-do lists and administrative support for Business Coaches.

• Proactively ensure the smooth execution of Business Coaching programs to enhance clients’ business performance.
