The Puzzlers is a strategic brand agency which transforms 'Mid-Sized Companies' into standout brands through thoughtful design processes and meticulously crafted brand experiences. We partner with businesses who care about their impact as much as their growth. Founded in 2020 in Berlin, Germany we've expanded to Bali in 2021 and have grown to a team of 21 talented people who care about quality work.
Your Role
As our Graphic Designer, you'll:
Bring Strategy to Life: Transform brand strategies and concepts into compelling visual designs that communicate the right message.
Create Comprehensive Brand Systems: Design logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines that work across all touch-points.
Design Across Platforms: Develop materials for print, digital, social media, and other channels while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with Strategy: Work closely with our art director and project-manager to ensure every design decision supports the client's business goals.
Maintain Design Excellence: Apply fundamental design principles to create work that stands out in the market.
Stay Current: Keep up with design trends and bring fresh ideas into the mix.

Your Profile
We're looking for a skilled designer with strong fundamentals and strategic thinking. In particular, you should have:
Design Strategy Translation:
Ability to interpret brand strategies and turn them into visual concepts
Experience creating comprehensive brand identity systems
Basic understanding of how design choices support business objectives
Skills in presenting and explaining design decisions to others
Design Fundamentals:
Excellent understanding of typography and type hierarchy
Strong grasp of color theory and application
Mastery of visual hierarchy and information organization
Thoughtful use of white-space and composition principles
Cross-Platform Design:
Experience designing for print materials (brochures, business cards, packaging)
Understanding of digital design requirements (websites, social media, digital ads)
Knowledge of how designs adapt across different formats and sizes
Awareness of technical constraints for different mediums
Technical Skills:
Understanding of file preparation for print and digital delivery
Organized approach to file management and design systems
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or animation tools
Professional Approach:
Curious mindset and interest in staying current with design trends
Ability to work collaboratively with strategists, developers, and clients
Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
Excellent English communication skills
Pro-active communication skills - Asking questions rather than wait for instructions
