Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of employees
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
Develop effective sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, counselling, and investigations
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and HR procedures
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans
Foster positive employee engagement and workplace culture
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely salary processing
Manage employee benefits, insurance, BPJS, leave administration, and claims
Monitor compensation structures and market competitiveness
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and statutory requirements
Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
Liaise with government authorities, external auditors, and relevant agencies
Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, and management updates
Policy & Process Improvement
Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
Support HR digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure proper implementation of company culture and corporate values
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial position
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law, BPJS, payroll, and industrial relations
Experience handling full spectrum of HR functions
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
