Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in tender administration, bidding processes, or procurement administration.

  • Good understanding of tender and contract administration processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and compile tender and bidding documents in accordance with company and client requirements.

  • Monitor tender schedules, submission deadlines, and project timelines.

  • Coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Finance, and Management teams to gather information and complete bid requirements.

  • Maintain and archive tender, contract, and related documents systematically and accurately.

  • Prepare tender status reports and provide regular updates to management.

  • Assist in handling clarifications, correspondence, and communications with clients and tender owners.

  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with the requirements, specifications, and deadlines.

  • Support the preparation of post-tender documentation and contract administration activities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling government, BUMN, or private-sector tenders is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with e-procurement and e-tendering platforms is preferred.
