Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
Minimum 1 years of experience in tender administration, bidding processes, or procurement administration.
Good understanding of tender and contract administration processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and compile tender and bidding documents in accordance with company and client requirements.
Monitor tender schedules, submission deadlines, and project timelines.
Coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Finance, and Management teams to gather information and complete bid requirements.
Maintain and archive tender, contract, and related documents systematically and accurately.
Prepare tender status reports and provide regular updates to management.
Assist in handling clarifications, correspondence, and communications with clients and tender owners.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with the requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
Support the preparation of post-tender documentation and contract administration activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling government, BUMN, or private-sector tenders is an advantage.
Familiarity with e-procurement and e-tendering platforms is preferred.
