Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Capable of working under pressure and meeting recruitment deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Post and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Facilitate the hiring and onboarding process for new employees
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and documentation
Provide administrative support for other HR-related activities as required
