Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for receiving finished goods and preparing shipments in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. Responsible for the issuance and dispatch of finished goods in accordance with approved delivery orders (delivery notes).

3. Responsible for preparing and managing delivery documents (delivery notes) accurately, completely, and accountably.

4. Ensure the accuracy of finished goods inventory stored in the warehouse meets the established targets and company standards.

5. Actively identify, analyze, and provide solutions to issues related to receiving, storage, and shipment processes.

6. Conduct finished goods stock-taking (stock opname) activities together with Warehouse and/or Logistics personnel according to the established schedule and frequency.

7. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness within the warehouse area to prevent product damage, loss, or inventory discrepancies.

8. Prepare and submit disposal goods reports in accordance with company SOPs and established procedures.

9. Prepare and monitor shipment realization reports, OTIF (On Time In Full) performance reports, and delivery note return tracking on a regular basis.

Qualification :

1. Minimun Diploma/Bachelor Degree

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.Experienced in leading a team of more than 10 personnel.

3. Knowledge and understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

4. Familiar with the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology and its application.

5. Understands and is experienced in working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

6. Able to prepare periodic reports and deliver presentations effectively.
