FINANCE STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Verify the giro and/or cheque from the customer and prepare the giro submission/withdrawal application to/from the bank and monitor it in the bank account.

• Monitoring all incoming from customers other than giro and getting consent from the related department.

• Allocating incoming AR Collection and other AR in the system.

• Preparing SLIK Reporting.

• Filling out all documents properly.

Requirements:

• Possessed at least a Diploma Degree in Economics.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Preferably with experience as Finance Staff for a minimum of 1 year.

• Proficiency in Ms. Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp, and others).

• Experience with accounting system (MYOB, Zahir, or other).

• Strong understanding of banking clearing processes and internal control procedures.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight banking cutoff deadlines.
