Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors by handling inquiries, complaints, and general assistance.
Assist customers with shopping needs, including product recommendations, store directions, and promotions.
Act as a personal shopper by accompanying customers and supporting their shopping experience when required.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable appearance at all times.
Support mall events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Record and report customer interactions and service-related issues.
Support safety awareness programs and safety briefings for employees and tenants.
Qualifications:
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or personal shopping roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable interacting with diverse customers and working in a dynamic mall environment.
