Job Description:

  • Develop and improve cigarette products based on market trends, consumerpreferences, and business requirements

  • Conduct product trials, evaluations, and prototype development to ensureproduct quality and feasibility

  • Monitor and control development activities in pilot plant to support producttesting and production trials

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality, Marketing, Procurement, and R&D to ensure smooth product development processes

  • Analyze product performance, sensory results, and consumer feedback forcontinuous product improvement

  • Ensure all product specifications, materials, and processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements

  • Support cost optimization initiatives by evaluating material usage and production efficiency without compromising product quality

  • Prepare development reports, documentation, and presentations related to product trials and project progress

  • Identify opportunities for innovation in product design, blend composition, and manufacturing processes

  • Assist in product launch activities by ensuring readiness from development to commercialization stages


Qualification:

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree related fields passing grade >3.0 out of 4.0

  • Min. 1 year experience related to the product development in Tobacco Industry / fresh graduate are welcome

  • Willing to sensory the cigarette

  • Having good Ms. Office skills

  • Opend minded , good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and high initiative and attention in details

  • Fluent to speak in english
