Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, employee relations, and general affairs activities. This role will support employee engagement, HR compliance, and office operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding, contracts, probation, and offboarding.
Handle HR administration, attendance, leave records, BPJS, and employee documentation.
Support payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Conduct regular employee check-ins and support performance management.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
Organize team activities and employee engagement programs.
Oversee office operations, facilities, vendors, and general affairs matters.
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRGA roles.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and HR processes.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
