Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices.
Maintain and update sales administration records and documents.
Process and maintain sales transactions and related documents using SAP.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding sales documentation.
Support the sales team in daily administrative activities.
Ensure all sales documents are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Sales Admin
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
Good attention to detail and administrative skills.
Proficient in SAP for sales administration activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
