ADMIN STAFF (FOREIGN WORK PERMIT & IMMIGRATION)
PT Sinobisnis Mitra Lestari is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Staff to support work permit and immigration administration processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle administrative processes related to work permits and immigration documents, including RPTKA, Notification, Visa, ITAS/KITAS, MERP, STM, SKTT, and related reporting
Prepare, review, and organize supporting company and documents
Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and related institutions regarding permit applications and submissions
Monitor permit validity and assist with renewal and extension processes
Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records (physical and digital)
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and administrative documents
Support daily office administration and operational activities
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Administration
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa, immigration, expatriate work permit, or administrative field
Familiar with Indonesian immigration and manpower licensing procedures is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work accurately, independently, and under deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and email correspondence
Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and fast learner
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken); Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
Willing to handle government-related administrative processes if required
