Job Description :
Provide administrative support to the FAT Department
Process and maintain departmental documentation, records, and filing systems. Prepare, update, and monitor Submission documents
Coordinate internal and external correspondence, including Dingtalk system and official documents
Assist in invoice processing, document verification, and data entry activities
Prepare documents when required
Support the team in tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality of company and departmental information
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Requirement :
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
