Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D4) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related majors).
Good communication skills in English (Japanese language proficiency is an advantage).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Production Engineering, Automation, Special Purpose Machine (SPM), or related fields.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electro-pneumatic systems (PLC, Robots, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD.
Job Description:
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality targets, improve OEE, and minimize machine breakdowns.
Prepare and manage new model introductions and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) according to schedule.
Ensure production capacity is achieved in line with production planning while maximizing process efficiency.
Maintain smooth operation of production lines and machines, minimizing downtime and breakdowns.
Analyze production issues and implement effective improvements to prevent recurring problems.
Monitor production processes and prepare reports for management regarding process preparation and control.
Drive Kaizen activities, cost reduction initiatives, suggestion systems, 5S, safety, and environmental improvement programs.
Support product and process design-related activities to ensure manufacturability and operational efficiency.
