Responsibilities:
Take initiative in managing daily marketing, administrative, and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of JISMO Olympiads and online programs.
Assist the team in planning and executing marketing activities, including handling inquiries, creating promotional materials, managing social media updates, and tracking customer engagement.
Handle financial tasks such as issuing invoices and receipts, maintaining the petty cash book, inputting accounting data, and following up on registrations and tuition fee payments.
Assist the team in overseeing the management of company legal documents, ensuring timely updates and compliance, as instructed by the Director.
Monitor and review online registrations, respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, and coordinate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage purchasing and delivery logistics related to JISMO Olympiads and online classes, ensuring timely and efficient support.
Provide regular updates and proactive reports on marketing, administrative, and accounting matters directly to the Director.
Japan International Science and Mathematics Olympiads (JISMO) is one of the leading Olympiads in Asian countries. We hold competition twice a year and more than 4500 participants join each competition. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for dynamic and creative people to enhance our operation.
