PT Cloud Dream Marketing is a Jakarta-based company specializing in digital marketing, branding, and business support services. We are looking for an organized and responsible Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities.

PT Cloud Dream Marketing adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang digital marketing, branding, dan layanan pendukung bisnis di Jakarta. Kami mencari Asisten Kantor / Asisten Administrasi yang terorganisir dan bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung kegiatan administrasi serta operasional perusahaan.


Responsibilities | Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.

(Menyiapkan, mengelola, dan menyimpan dokumen perusahaan.)


• Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records.

(Melakukan input data dan memastikan data administrasi tersimpan dengan baik.)


• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.

(Membantu penjadwalan rapat serta koordinasi kegiatan kantor.)


• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.

(Menangani telepon, email, dan korespondensi perusahaan.)


• Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management.

(Membantu pengadaan perlengkapan kantor dan pengelolaan inventaris.)


• Assist other departments with administrative tasks when required.

(Mendukung kebutuhan administrasi departemen lain apabila diperlukan.)


• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

(Menjaga lingkungan kerja yang rapi, teratur, dan nyaman.)


Requirements | Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

(Minimal D3/S1 di bidang Administrasi, Bisnis, atau jurusan terkait.)


• Good organizational and communication skills.

(Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan organisasi yang baik.)


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

(Menguasai Microsoft Office seperti Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint.)


• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.

(Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu mengerjakan beberapa tugas sekaligus.)


• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

(Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.)
