JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage large amounts of outgoing and incoming phone calls.

  2. Respond to incoming customer emails.

  3. Conduct various customer surveys.

  4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  6. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  7. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.

  8. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

  9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  10. Send daily and monthly reports to direct superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess at least S1 in any field.

  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

  3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  5. Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail.

  6. A high standard of personal integrity, discretion, and tact, maintaining confidentiality.

  7. Ability to work as part of a team.

  8. Expert in computer skills (excellent in Ms. Excel).

  9. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  10. Ready to be placed in all RockStar Academy locations.
