HSE Officer

Responbilities:

The HSE Officer is responsible for managing the industrial estate's environmental system and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (AMDAL, RKL-RPL). Key duties include preparing periodic environmental reports, educating tenants on environmental compliance, handling environmental pollution incidents, and conducting routine wastewater sampling and testing.

Qualifications:

•     Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or a related field.

•     At least 1-2 years of experience in the Environmental field.

•     Strong understanding of environmental regulations.

•     Able to perform environmental monitoring and reporting.

•     Experienced in tenant environmental compliance inspections within an industrial estate.

•     Good knowledge of waste, wastewater, and emission management.

•     Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

•     Able to conduct internal environmental audits and follow up on findings.

•     Experienced in managing environmental permit documentation.

•     BNSP PPPU certification (air pollution control and monitoring) is an advantage.
