We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Brand Admin to support daily brand operations, administrative tasks, and partnership activities. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for brand-related activities and projects.
Maintain and organize brand documents, reports, contracts, and databases.
Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Assist in planning, tracking, and executing marketing campaigns and brand activations.
Support partnership management, including influencer, community, corporate, and business collaborations.
Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, agreements, and follow-up communications.
Monitor partnership deliverables and ensure timely execution of agreed activities.
Track and update partnership performance reports and campaign results.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in managing product samples, marketing materials, and promotional assets.
Conduct market and competitor research to support brand development initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of brand and partnership activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Previous internship or experience in administration, marketing, or partnership coordination is a plus.
