Content Creator Staff

Job Description

• Develop creative content ideas and execute content strategies across social media and digital platforms.

• Create engaging content in various formats, including photos, videos, reels, TikTok content, and other digital assets.

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and industry developments to generate relevant and impactful content.

• Plan, script, shoot, and coordinate content production activities.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and KOL teams to support campaign objectives and brand initiatives.

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely content delivery according to the planned schedule.

• Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Engage in content creation activities involving product reviews, tutorials, educational content, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.

• Assist in covering company events, product launches, and campaign activities for content purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Broadcasting, Design, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing, or related role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

• Skilled in content planning, copywriting, scriptwriting, and storytelling.

• Familiar with photo and video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content independently when needed.

• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends and digital content best practices.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in the Beauty Industry or Personal Care Industry is a plus.
