This opportunity is open to candidates with various levels of experience, from operational execution to team leadership. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and managing KOL and affiliate partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and driving business growth through strategic collaborations.
Job Description
Develop and execute KOL and affiliate marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and sales growth.
Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners.
Create and distribute affiliate links to KOLs and partner collaborators.
Manage end-to-end KOL and affiliate campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, briefing, execution, and performance evaluation.
Ensure KOL and affiliate campaigns run according to the established timeline, objectives, and guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance through key metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversion rate, GMV, and ROI.
Coordinate with the creative team regarding content requirements and campaign deliverables.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, along with recommendations for optimization.
Manage administrative processes related to KOL and affiliate collaborations, including product seeding, sample distribution, and partnership documentation.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
Qualification
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience for Staff level and 5+ years of experience for Manager level in KOL Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Agency industries.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media platforms, and marketplace ecosystems.
Proficient in using marketplace affiliate tools and performance tracking platforms.
Familiar with major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Blibli.
Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Able to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong execution and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience leading a team or managing multiple campaigns will be an advantage for Manager-level candidates.
