PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for Retail Buyer Category Dry Food, Non Food/GMS, Fresh Food, who are responsible for planning, managing, and selecting goods to be sold in our stores to increase our company's competitiveness.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 3 years experience in Retail (Wholesale/ Hypermarket/ Supermarket/ Minimarket) FMCG, or a similar field

• Good knowledge of retail operations is preferred

• Excellent negotiation skills, a proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors is a plus

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy

• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities

• Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative, and being proactive

• Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication

Job Details :

• Support in planning and developing merchandising strategies

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure the proper execution of plans

• Determine the need for and implement product promotions and price changes

• Gather information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products

• Analyze and monitor sales records, trends, seasons, and other conditions to forecast consumer-buying patterns and determine inventory needs
