Job Descriptions:
Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business processes.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records accurately.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Administration, Administrative Officer, or similar roles.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
