Job Summary
The Compliance Staff is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with customer requirements, certification standards, regulatory obligations, and internal management systems. This position coordinates internal and external audits, manages corrective action plans, monitors document control systems, support certification maintenance, conducts compliance training, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description
Coordinate and facilitate external audits and certification activities conducted by third-party certification bodies and customers.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and external auditors, certification bodies, and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and supporting evidence required for external audits and certifications.
Coordinate certification renewal processes and scope changes as required.
Plan, conduct, and report internal audits related to Social Compliance, CTPAT, CCTV, GRS, and other applicable standards.
Develop, monitor, and follow up Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for audit findings, non-conformities, and customer concerns.
Conduct routine monitoring of controlled documents to ensure compliance with document control procedures.
Coordinate internal stakeholders regarding certification scope changes, audit preparation, customer requirements, and compliance initiatives.
Promote compliance awareness and ensure employees understand relevant standards and procedures.
Prepare compliance reports, audit summaries, and management updates as required.
Foster effective communication between departments to ensure compliance objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Quality Management Systems, Internal Audit, or Certification Management.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, CTPAT, GRS, Social Compliance, and OEKO-TEX standards.
Strong knowledge of audit processes, corrective action management, and document control systems.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
