PERSONAL ASSISTANT
As a Personal Assistant, you shall support an employer by managing both professional and personal tasks, which can include handling correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
· Administration Support:
Managing emails, drafting communications, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
· Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Organizing meetings, appointments, and events, and sending reminders to the employer
· Travel Coordination:
Planning and booking employer’s travel: flight, accommodations, and itineraries
· Communication Facilitation:
Acting as a gatekeeper, handling phone calls, video calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
· Project and Event Support:
Assisting with special projects, research, or event planning to ensure alignment with organizational or personal goals.
· Other duties which may vary depending on the employer’s needs and workload.
Requirements:
· Formal education:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in office administration or secretarial work are advantageous.
· Experience:
Having work experience in administrative or secretarial roles minimum 2 (two) years
· Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, including drafting emails and written interacting with employer, staff, and other party.
· English Proficiency:
Excellent communication in business English, both written and verbal.
· Discretion and Professionalism:
Handling confidential information with integrity
· Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms) and sometimes social media management
· Interpersonal Skills:
Diplomatic and professional, capable of managing relationships across departments or with external contacts
· Adaptability:
Flexible to changing priorities and capable of supporting both personal and professional needs of employer.
