Responsibilities:
* Manage overall HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contract administration, payroll, and industrial relations.
* Oversee daily office and factory administrative operations to ensure smooth business activities.
* Ensure all HR processes comply with applicable Indonesian labor regulations.
* Develop, improve, and implement HR policies and company SOPs.
* Manage employee administration and support internal operational needs.
* Coordinate with management on various company activities and support business activities when required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin or related positions.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience working in a manufacturing company will be an advantage.
* Excellent Mandarin communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Ability to support business communication with internal and external parties.
