LA MAISON D’ULYSSE (BALI) is a spectacular four-bedroom property on a 30 are plot facing the rice fields. Spanning two levels, the villa is characterized by contemporary and tropical architecture.

We offer :

• 36-month contract - full time. 40 hours/week.

• Salary: from 3.8 Juta or more, depending on your work experience.

• Social advantages : BPJS (kesehatan & tenaga kerja).

• Annual leave and THR

• A high level of cleanliness and housekeeping maintained through a schedule of daily tasks and specific projects.

• Coaching in maintenance and versatility of tasks such as managing gardeners

• Daily coaching and supervision based on international hotel standards.

• From 6 months onwards: if your performance shows sufficient progress, your salary will be increased and/or you will receive a monthly allowance for bensin and food.

 At LA MAISON D’ULYSSE, you will receive daily coaching inside a luxury villa. Step by step, you will learn all aspects of villa operations: housekeeping, basic maintenance, garden coordination and the love of work well done, so you can grow in skills, confidence and professionalism.

 We ask :

• Highly motivated, open-minded, curious, with a strong desire to work and to learn.

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping (4* or 5* hotel / luxury villa)

• Good spoken and written English

• Strong professional skills, flexible, with great attention to detail and aesthetics.

• Responsible, autonomous, good team player, hardworking, showing initiative..
