Job Desc :
Update and maintain employee data, including administering new employees
Assist in the payroll process and ensure there are no errors in the calculation process.
Manage employee documents, including employment contracts, letters of agreement, certificates and other relevant personal files.
Assist in administrative processes related to employee onboarding and offboarding as needed
Support the HR team in the recruitment process at HO and branch offices
Manage Employee Relations Program such as birthday appreciation, engagement activity, sports events, etc
Compile the required data from each branch for reporting needs.
Compile routine HR reports, such as HR expenses, turnover, performance data, or employee status reports.
Support in other HR duties such as Training, Coaching, Industrial Relations, etc
Coordinate with admin/PIC from each branch or each division regarding data needs and employee administration process
Create Internal Memo, Letter of Statement, Approval Form, or any correspondence needed related to HR
Assist other Ad-Hoc and administrative tasks
Requirements :
Minimum 2 year experiences in relevant HR Roles, preferably in similar position
Strong knowledge and experience of Ms Office or Google suites, especially in Excel/Google Sheets (Lookup, Pivot, etc)
Understand basic payroll process and calculation
Familiar with presentation tools, able to create proper presentation for routine reports.
Fast Response, initiative, and able to work both as a team and individually
Strong analytical thinking, able to analyze and interpreting HR data.
Willing to learn and able to work in fast paced dynamic environment
Experienced using basic design tools (Canva, etc) to create simple design or short video
Strong communication skills (act as a communication bridge between admin team and HR Dept)
