Purchase Planning Staff

Purchase Planning Staff will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for localization projects, overseeing supplier-related processes, and ensuring effective project control through accurate reporting and cross-regional coordination. This role ensures compliance with company management systems (QMS, EMS, OHSSM) while maintaining strong communication across internal teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage sourcing activities for localization projects, including supplier identification, evaluation, and selection

2. Control and monitor supplier/vendor tooling processes and D&D (Design & Development) activities

3. Coordinate supplier approvals and maintain proper documentation for expense control

4. Track and report project status, including progress, risks, and key milestones

5. Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets

6. Ensure adherence to QMS, EMS, and OHSSM policies

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with min. GPA of 3.00

2. At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Procurement role

3. Must be fluent in English (both written and speaking)

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

This position offers permanent employment with 3 months probation
