1. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang operasional pelayaran petikemas, shipping line, logistik atau freight forwarding.
2. Memahami proses operasional kapal dan container (loading, discharge, dan monitoring container).
3. Memahami alur pergerakan container (Port In, Port Out, Depot In, Empty Return, dan Stock Container).
4. Memahami proses ekspor-impor serta dokumen pelayaran dan kepabeanan di Batam (Manifest, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, BC 1.1, dan dokumen terkait).
5. Mampu melakukan monitoring container FCL, LCL, dan Free Use.
6. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan Outlook dengan baik.
7. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan terminal, agen, depot, dan customer.
8. Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
