Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily delivery order

• Inventory & Systems Management: Handle daily data entry for goods issuance, reconcile physical stock with system data, and conduct regular stock counts (stock opname).

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the accurate preparation, packing, testing, and documentation of orders before delivery.

• Warehouse Optimization: Bring fresh ideas to organize layout, systematic labeling, and implement efficient inventory flow methods.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Production to ensure seamless stock availability and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Experience Preferred: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics operations (proven track record of improving warehouse workflows is a huge plus).

• Mindset: Proactive, organized, disciplined, and possesses problem-solving skills to drive warehouse development.

• Language: Ability to communicate in basic English.

• Physical Capabilities: Willing to assist with physical warehouse tasks (packing/loading support) when required.
