System Controller (EHS Asst. Supervisor)

1. Manage and maintain EHS system (Indonesia & Philippines) to ensure accurate data management, timely issue resolution, effective user administration, and continuous system improvement

2. Review, validate, and monitor EHS performance indicators to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with corporate requirements, and timely submission of KPI results.

3. Consolidate, analyze, and report EHS performance data, including incidents, manhours, and safety metrics, to support management decision-making and performance monitoring.

4. Support the planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up of internal EHS audits to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and effective corrective action monitoring

Personal Requirement :

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE/EHS) or related fields.

2. Experience in EHS reporting systems, performance monitoring, and compliance management is preferred.

3. Knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations

4. Certified General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum).

5. Proficiency in EHS data analysis and verification.

6. Computer Skills: Database and reporting tools.

7. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
