Handle end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Focus on mass hiring activities, particularly for promoter positions across various regions.
Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline within the FMCG industry.
Manage job postings and recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Map talent pools across industries and competitors, particularly for niche or hard to fill roles, and gather insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in different markets.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter in FMCG or fast-paced industries
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), Mandarin language is a plus.
Proven track record in handling both back-office and mass hiring with tight deadlines, especially Online Sales/Ecommerce and Offline Sales.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiar with using various recruitment platforms and tools.
Team player with high initiative and result-oriented mindset.
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn.
