Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, leasing administration, marketing administration, or a similar role.
Experience in the retail, shopping mall, property, or commercial leasing industry will be an advantage.
Strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Job Description :
Prepare and manage all related administrative documents such as agreement letters, internal office memos, payment receipt, and loading & unloading permits, including follow‑up on the approval process in accordance with internal procedures.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper maintenance of all administrative documents and logbook records, including Ukagaisho, Letter of Agreement (LA), Billing Request (BR), Invoices, and Internal Office Memos (IOM), as well as monitoring and recording payment deadlines and audit readiness.
Coordinate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Tax Division regarding billing requests, payment deadlines, and settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate financial administration and to get permit loading/unloading and approval refund deposit.
Monitor and control exhibitor’s, island casual leasing, and pop-up unit documents distribution and updating the contract lease schedule.
Liaise and maintain active and effective communication with all internal AEON MALL departments (Leasing, Mall Operations, Facility, Finance, Marcomm) to ensure smooth execution of casual leasing exhibition activities.
