Manager Warehouse and Delivery

Key responsibilities

• Manage dailywarehouseandlogisticsoperations(receivingstorage,distribution)

• Prepareshippingdocuments(DeliveryOrder,DeliveryScheduleand supporting documents)

• Check stock accurancy, completeness of documents, and neatness & cleanliness of warehouse

• Arrange transportation and delivery schedules according to customer needs

• Prepared warehouse & Logistics performance reports and ensure compliance with quality and occupation safety systems

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role

• Proven experience in managing warehouse and delivery operations within the distribution and logistics sector

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and logistics planning tools

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Knowledge of safety regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements in warehouse operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, customers, and logistics partners

• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics reporting

• Relevant certification in warehouse management, logistics, or health and safety (preferred)

• Fluency in Indonesian and English languages (preferred)
