We are welcoming high caliber professionals to join our team as Safety Logistic Assistant Manager under Logistic Department to strengthen logistics safety management and ensure full compliance with company safety standards, operational procedures, and transportation regulations in line with business expansion and increasing logistics activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor logistics safety programs and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, SOPs, WIs, and government regulations related to logistics and transportation safety.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Monitor transporter and driver safety performance, including defensive driving and operational safety compliance.
Lead safety awareness campaigns, toolbox meetings, and safety training for logistics personnel and contractors.
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for safety findings and incidents.
Support emergency response preparedness and crisis management activities.
Analyze logistics safety KPIs and prepare periodic safety performance reports.
Collaborate with warehouse, transporters, and cross-functional teams to improve operational safety and efficiency.
Ensure implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to minimize accidents and operational risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation safety, warehouse operations, or HSE management.
Experienced as an HSE in Logistic Company will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation safety standards, HSE regulations, and risk management.
Experience in contractor and transporter safety management is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Certified in HSE/safety-related training (AK3U, ISO 45001, Defensive Driving, or equivalent) is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting/analysis tools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be place at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera
