Lead Technician

About the role

As the Lead Technician at PT Dgas Alam Semesta, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of our engineering solutions in the Majalengka Regency, West Java. This full-time position is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our critical infrastructure and systems.

Job Description:

1. Lead of a team of technicians (plant) and mechanics (fleet).

2. Monitor team performance and provide targeted feedback to enhance technical capabilities.

3. Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues.

4. Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance systems.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of supply chain systems.

6. Create and maintain detailed reports, maintenance schedules, project timelines, isometric layouts, PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and P&IDs.

7. Conduct technical analyses of equipment breakdowns to identify root causes and implement permanent repair solutions.

8. Supervise the maintenance and overhaul of all equipment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimal experience 5 years as Lead Technician or in same positions.

3. Proficiency in the operations of gas conditioning and processing plants.

4. In-depth knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.

5. Strong command of maintenance management, including the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

6. Technical expertise in rotating and static equipment within CO2 Capture Units or CNG Processing Plants.

7. Willing to be based in Majalengka, with a temporary initial placement in Cikarang.
