PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) is a subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN), established in January 2018 in Indonesia. KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia, and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.
In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop a Procurement plan to determine the estimated cost and timing of procurement.
Identify the needs of goods and services then list vendors and suppliers that are suitable for the needs of goods or services.
Establish communication with vendors and suppliers.
Make RFI (Request Form Information) to Vendors for goods or services needs.
Conduct NP (Negotiation Price) both about the price of goods or services, quality, delivery time of goods and payment methods.
Analyze PO (Purchase Order) from Vendors in accordance with company needs.
Make a contract agreement with the Vendor.
Receive and process invoices to the accounting department for payment.
Recording all transactions from Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Shipping document to invoice.
Manage all procurement data.
Maintain clear communication with warehouse team and other part / user.
Perform other duties given by superior.
Qualification:
Bachelor's in Engineering/Management/Business.
Have experiences in Procurement or Power Plant Industry.
Maximum 2 years in procurement.
Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Able to communicate using English.
Willing to be placed at Palu, Central Sulawesi.
